Turn your class photos into print-ready name labels.
Pick a size. Hover (or tap) any size to preview the photo + name layout.
Split your class into groups. Each group gets a color and an identifier, used the same way on the chart, the table signs, and the name cards.
Builds a printable "Who Do You See?" photo book from your class, in roster order, with each child in their own color throughout.
Type each repeating line the way it reads in your language. The book fills in every page for you. Keep {name} where a child's name should appear. Arabic and other right-to-left languages flip direction automatically.
Personalized alphabet cards from your class: each child's first letter, big and bright, next to their photo ("A is for Amelia"). Print them as cut-apart cards, bind them into a class alphabet book, or make one poster of everyone.
A counting book that counts up: the page for 1 shows 1 classmate, the page for 2 shows 2, and so on. Photos follow your roster order and repeat if the count goes past your class size. It ends with the whole class together.
Makes a recording sheet from your class. Hide the photo cards (from the Student Labels tab) around the room; children find each friend and record them here.
Each child gets their own full-page landscape sheet with big letters. Cut the name apart on the dashed lines into letter tiles, then they rebuild it to match the guide. A hands-on way to learn the letters in their name.
Each child gets their own page. Their first name prints in big open circles. Children dip a Q-tip in paint and dab one dot inside each circle to paint their name. A hands-on way to learn the letters in their name with no prep.
Montessori-style three-part cards from your class: a control card (photo + name), beside a picture card (photo only) stacked over a name card (name only). Each child's set is one color and printed together, so children match the name to the photo, then self-check with the control card. Small prints portrait; Medium and Large print landscape for bigger cards.
Count-the-friends cards: each card fills a ten-frame (or twenty-frame) with classmate faces and gives three numbers to choose from. Children count the faces and circle the right number. The correct answer's spot is shuffled so they really count.
Big number cards for 1 to 20. Each card shows the numeral and that many classmate faces in circles (mixed from your class), so children match a quantity to its number. No labels, just count and match.
Ten-frame fills a frame of 5s: 1 to 10 uses a ten-frame (2 rows of 5), 11 to 20 uses a twenty-frame (4 rows of 5).
Mix builds a class set. One child makes the whole 1 to 20 set about a single child, a sweet home-school connection gift.
A true Montessori three-part set for each number: a quantity card (that many classmate faces), a numeral card (the number on its own), and a control card showing the faces and numeral together. The control prints as one card; the quantity and numeral print as a matching pair, so children match the quantity to its numeral, then self-check.
Show each number lots of ways with your class faces, then cut them apart and match. Each number's cards share one color.
Each child's photo becomes a strip puzzle: cut the picture into letter strips, one letter of their name on each colored band. Children rebuild their own name (and their face) by putting the strips back in order. Every student who has a first name gets a puzzle.
Clip cards from your class: each card shows one classmate (name or photo) and three choices to match. Children read the name and clip the right friend's photo, or see the photo and clip the right written name. One card per student, no answer key.
One landscape mat per student. Each child's first name prints in big open outline letters on a soft dotted line, so they can roll and press playdough to build their name. Every student who has a first name gets a mat.
Makes a set of bingo boards from your class photos. Every board is different, and every face is a real classmate, so you call names using your Student Labels (or the 3-Part picture cards) as the calling deck. Children cover the classmate you call; a caller checklist is included.
Makes a looped chain of class-photo cards. Everyone gets a card: it says "I have" (their own face and name) and "Who has...?" (the next friend). The star card starts, then it passes friend to friend and loops back. Deal one card per player.
Classic dominoes with your class faces. Each tile shows two children; players match a face to the same face on the tile already down, building a chain. This makes a complete, fully-playable set from a group of children (every friend paired with every friend, including doubles).

A whole toolkit from one class list. Add your students once (photos and names), then switch between five sections at the top:
Your roster is shared across every maker, so you never re-enter your students.
Yes. It uses the same email and password as your other Club apps, like Pre-K Study Ideas and Goldie's Checkpoint Hub. You sign in once on your Premium Tools page (tools.madeforprek.com) and every app opens already signed in, including this one. New members get a temporary password in their welcome post, then use Change password on the Premium Tools page to set their own. Your password works across all the apps, so changing it there changes it everywhere. Forgot it? Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
In your browser, on your device. Because we are moving the Toolkit to a new web address, and a browser ties photos to one address, the app also keeps a private backup of your class in your own account when you open it, so your photos come with you to the new address and nothing is lost. That backup is visible only to you, never shared with any other company. You can download your own copy anytime with Download my photos, and Save my class to my account lets you open your class on another device. Signing out removes the class from the device you are on (the account backup stays, so you can sign back in and restore it).
This tool is built to keep student data on your device by default: photos and names stay in your browser and are not uploaded. The only exception is if you choose to turn on cross-device saving, in which case a copy of your class is stored securely in your own account, visible only to you. We never share student data with any other company either way. FERPA compliance is ultimately determined by your school or district, and their policies still apply to how you handle anything you print and to whether you turn on cross-device saving.
Yes. Your class is backed up privately to your own account, so when you sign in on another device (like the classroom board) or at the Toolkit's new web address, it loads automatically if that device is empty, or you can tap Restore my class from my account in the students section. Only you can see it.
Two ways: tap 🗑️ Clear in the students section to remove all photos and names right away, or click Sign out (top right). Signing out wipes your class from that computer as well as your saved login. Either one leaves nothing behind for the next person.
Download the PDF, open it, and when you print set Scale: Actual size / 100% (never “Fit to page” or “Shrink to fit”). For sticker labels, print on plain paper first and hold it up to your Avery sheet to check alignment before using stickers. The Class Book and Write the Room sheets are full letter-size pages, so choose 100% with normal or minimum margins.
Upload clear, good-sized photos (straight from a phone is great). Bigger photos print sharper. The Download PDF file is built at high resolution, so once your photos are clear the print will be too.
It saves automatically on your device as you go, so you can close the tab and come back on the same browser, and your one roster carries across all the makers. It also keeps a private backup in your own account so your class comes with you to another device or to the Toolkit's new address, and you can grab a full copy anytime with Download my photos. If your device is ever too low on storage to save, you'll get a clear warning to download your PDF first, so your work is never lost silently. Remember: tapping Clear or Sign out removes your class from the device, which is exactly what you want on a shared computer.
